Acclaim shall provide a range of support functions including a 24x7x365 Service Desk and an integrated end-to-end IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
Acclaim will leverage its past performance, industry best practices and experience managing MS Teams and Service Desk operation functions.
Term of the Contract is 5 years with 5 additional 1 year renewals till 2031.
